Do you charge for estimates?

How do you bill?
After a contract is written and agreed upon, a 25% non-refundable deposit is given. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hrs. prior to the event. Deposits and balance can be paid by check, cash or money order.[BACK TO QUESTIONS]



Do we sign a contract?
Absolutely. Regardless of the size of your event, we all need to be on the same page. A well written contract is one of the best ways to prevent potential problems. How long will my balloons float in the air?
The life of your balloons is influenced by several factors. Materials and weather conditions significantly affect the life of the balloons. Helium filled foil balloons will last for days, sometimes even weeks depending on the conditions. Latex balloons will vary in float time. 3ft- 5ft Latex            2 - 3 days

If I book and event, do I need to pay a deposit?

Should I take any special precautions with balloons?
Yes! Children can choke on broken balloons, always discard broken balloons in an appropriate way.

Can Northwest Balloon Masters make other sculptures with balloons?

How long does it take to set up the balloons?
Set up time varies depending on location and size of project. Typically we like to set up your balloons 4-6 hours prior to your event. This ensures that we can maximize the life of your investment.[BACK TO QUESTIONS]
